How to Use the Church Subscription Lookup

A simple guide to checking your church's subscription status, available hours, and support details.

This tool lets you quickly check what tech support plan your church has with Elder IT, how many support hours have been used this month, and who is responsible for overtime or upgrade costs. All you need is your church's street address.

(1) Navigate to the Subscription Lookup page to use the lookup widget.

(2) Click or tap inside the search box labeled "Church Street Address" and begin typing your church's address.

Enter the street address of your church, not your home address.

(3) When you see your church's address appear in the dropdown list beneath the text box, click on it to select it.

This step is important. The checker needs you to choose from the list so it knows exactly where your home is located.

(4) Once you have selected your church's address from the list, press the blue, Look Up My Church button.

(5) Read Your Results: The results are organized into several sections.

Here is what each one means:

Church name

Church address

Billing period

Month Year

This confirms which church was found and which month the information applies to. Subscription details are updated at the start of each month.

Package Tier shows which subscription plan your church has: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Cobalt.

Included Support lists the types of tech support covered by the plan.

Available Upgrades lists any additional support types that can be added for an extra fee (this may not appear for all plans).

Total Hours is the number of support hours your church's subscription includes each month.

Hours Used is how many have already been used this month.

Hours Available is how many remain. If your church has used all its hours for the month, the Hours Available box will show Overtime instead of a number. This means any new support sessions will be billed at the overtime rate. Use the Hourly Cost Calculator to estimate the cost of an overtime session.

These two boxes show who is responsible for paying any overtime or upgrade charges that apply during a support session, either the Church or the Church Member. This was agreed upon when your church set up the subscription.
