NeetoCal is the software Elder IT uses to book appointments. Appointments are booked after a ticket is created and first contact has been established. Elder IT will let the contact know what type of appointment will be needed to provide a resolution and provide the booking link via email. Below you can find the link if you have misplaced the email.
