A simple, step-by-step guide to finding out whether Elder IT can serve your home.
(1) Navigate to the Service Area page. You will see a map showing our service area as a shaded circle, centered on our Miamisburg, Ohio location.
The blue shaded circle on the map represents our full 25-mile service area. If your home falls anywhere inside that circle, we can come to you.
(2) Click inside the box labeled Your Address and begin typing your street address. Include your house number, street name, city, and state for the best results.
As you type, a list of matching addresses will appear below the box. Take a moment to look through the suggestions.
(3) When you see your address appear in the dropdown list beneath the text box, click on it to select it.
This step is important. The checker needs you to choose from the list so it knows exactly where your home is located.
(4) Once your address is selected, click the blue Check Service Area button. The checker will look up your location and compare it to our service area.
You will see a new pin appear on the map showing where your home is located relative to our service area circle.
(5) A result will appear below the button letting you know whether your address is within our service area. Here is what each result looks like:
Within Service Area
Your address falls within our 25-mile service area. Elder IT can visit your home for in-person support.
Outside Service Area
Your address is beyond our current service area. Remote support options may still be available — don't hesitate to reach out.
(6) If your address is within our service area, a yellow button will appear below your result:
Clicking this will take you to our Base Fee Calculator, where you can get an instant estimate of what the dynamic base fee will cost for an in-home visit.
