A step-by-step guide to estimating your monthly and total subscription cost before signing up.
This tool helps you and your church estimate the cost of an Elder IT support plan before committing to one.
Questions appear one at a time as you answer. You will not see every question at once. Each new question only appears after you answer the one before it. Some questions may be skipped entirely depending on your answers.

(Option 1) Subscription Package

(Option 2) Upgrade Responsibility
Appears only if Bronze or Silver is chosen for option 1.
Select whether the Customer or the Church will be responsible for the cost of support upgrades.
Upgrade rates apply when customer requests in-home support under a Bronze or Silver plan. This question asks who will be responsible for that cost.
If the Church takes responsibility, you earn a 1% discount for each support block selected in Step 3 (up to 5% off).
(Option 3) Support Blocks per Month
Appears only if Bronze, Silver, or Gold is chosen for option 1.
Choose number of support blocks per month. Each support block equals 10 hours of tech support. Use the slider to choose between 1 and 5 blocks per month.
(Option 4) Overtime Responsibility
This option is always visible for Cobalt plans since Cobalt support is always billed at the overtime rate.
Select whether the Customer or the Church will be responsible for any overtime hours used beyond the monthly block allowance.
If the Church takes responsibility, you earn a 1% discount for each support block selected in Step 3 (up to 5% off).
(Option 5) Subscription Length
Use the dropdown to select your preferred subscription length.
(Option 6) Payment Frequency
Select your preferred payment frequency.
Choosing to pay in full unlocks an additional discount:
Bronze, Silver, Gold: 1% discount per support block (up to 5% off)
Cobalt: 1% off for 3 months, 2% for 6 months, 3% for 12 months

Once all options are filled in, press the blue, Calculate Subscription Cost button. Your results will appear below the button. Below the amounts you will also see a Your Selection summary that lists every choice you made, including the total discount percentage applied.

The results section shows two things depending on your payment choice:

You can change your selections and recalculate by simply changing any of the options and pressing the Calculate button again. The results will update to reflect your new choices.
